A range of 8 flavours.

The Les vergers Boiron frozen fruit coulis contains up to 95% fruit, and the best of them. Along with their viscosity that is harmonised across the various flavours, this formulation of Les vergers Boiron Fruit Coulis meets professionals' expectations and customers' tastes.

Packaging:
· For the full range: 500g bottle, 12 bottles per box.
· 1 Kg trays, boxes of 6 (raspberry, strawberry).

 

 

The product

The packaging

· Packaged in a squeezable plastic bottle with a spout for convenient use and high precision dosing.
· Packaged in 1 Kg trays for the most popular fl avours (strawberry, raspberry).

Defrosting

· It is recommended to defrost the puree at a temperature between +2°C and +4°C for 24 to 48 hours in order to get an optimum quality.

Storage conditions

· Store the product at a temperature of -18°C (see best-before date on packaging).
· After defrosting, the product performs as a fresh product. Keep it at +2°C/+4°C and use it rapidly. Do not refreeze.

 

The Les vergers Boiron production site located in Valence (France) has developed an HACCP approach since 1996 and is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.
