"Coulis Extra"
designation defined by the code of use developed under
the aegis of DGCCRF, distinguishing it from standard coulis.
Packaging:
· 500 g squeezable plastic bottle with a spout,
12 bottles per box.
· 1 kg tray sold in boxes of 6
(strawberry and raspberry) |

Uses
· Topping for ice-creams,
sorbets, cream desserts and other desserts
served in glasses.
· On-plate decoration.
· To be served with desserts,
ice-creams and sorbets.
Defrosting
· Defrost the coulis at least
20 hours between + 2°C and + 6°C, then shake
before use.
· The coulis can be defrosted in a
bain-marie or at room temperature.
· Defrosting in the microwave is not
suitable for this type of product.
Storage conditions
· At -18°C (see the expiry date
on the packaging).
· After defrosting consider this product
as a fresh product: store it at + 4°C and use it
within 5 days. Do not refreeze. |
