Uses

· As a garnish: sprinkle the sticks over your desserts, iced cups or plated desserts,...
· As an ingredient: in your mousses, creams, sauces and prepared dishes,...
· In chocolate making: mini orangettes and lemon "twiglets", crystallised fruits,...

Defrosting

· Defrost the product preferably in the refrigerator, then turn the pot to ensure that the sticks are all soaked in the juice. If necessary, leave the sticks to drain for 10 minutes before use.

Storage conditions

· Store the product at a temperature equal to or lower than - 18°C / 0°F. (see the expiry date on the packaging). After defrosting, may be kept for 7 days at + 5°C or for 3 days at + 10° C. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
