The guide includes over 100 recipes, using fruit purees as their basis, ranging from the great classics to highly unusual creations, with tables showing the best fruit/alcohol combinations and the top fruit cocktails.

Bucket

With the 10 kg bucket, Les vergers Boiron fulfils your bulk packaging needs. A selected range of fruit purees is available in this safe and convenient format.

 

The different flavours:

Apricot, Banana*, Blackcurrant, Blood orange, Coconut, Fig*, Green apple, Lemon, Lime*, Lychee, Mandarin, Mango*, Melon, Morello cherry*, Passion fruit*, Pear, Pineapple, Raspberry*, Rhubarb*, Strawberry*, Tropical fruits.
Other flavours are available on request.

Packaging: Rectangular 10 kg bucket in copolymer polypropylene suitable for food products. Two formats, for the two different product densities:
  - 13.1 litre bucket: 28 x 24 x 27 cm (high), i.e. 0.0179 m3
  - 10.9 litre bucket: 28 x 24 x 22 cm (high), i.e. 0.0150 m3

The product

· Guaranteed performance for your different uses, thanks to the controlled and constant year-round quality.
· Flavour and colour typical of fresh fruit and available throughout the seasons.
· A ready-to-use puree: no more cleaning, stoning or pitting, hulling or crushing of fruit.

The packaging

· Tray :

- Practically packaged, making it possible to unmold, portion and pour the puree with ease.

· Bottle :

- Squeezable plastic bottle with spout, for easy and precise use.
- International units of measure.

· Bucket :

- Convenient to use: the puree can be defrosted directly in its packaging, it is possible to use only part of it and the bucket is handled easily.
- The bucket protects the product against outside contamination during use thanks to its closable lid.

Defrosting

· It is recommended to defrost the puree at a temperature between +2°C and +4°C for 24 to 48 hours in order to get an optimum quality.

Storage conditions

· Store the product at a temperature of -18°C (see best-before date on packaging).
· After defrosting, the product performs as a fresh product. Keep it at +2°C/+4°C and use it rapidly. Do not refreeze.
