We transform them in our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified factory in Valence where we have perfected the process of flash pasteurisation to preserve all the fruit's natural qualities: fragrance, flavour, colour and texture.Thus, we offer a consistent quality and fruit availability all year long. 4 DECADES OF INNOVATIONS!..![]() 1942 - Boiron, the family-run company of fruit merchants. 1970 - The first deep frozen fruit purees, a revolution for the professionals. 1976 - Launch of the passion fruit puree. 1985 - Launch of the fruit coulis range. 1997 - Launch of the Gourmet Purees: subtle fruit combinations to obtain a unique and original taste. 2002 - New high-performance packaging: 1 kg trays. 2003 - Launch of the concentrated purees. Four new Gourmet Purees added to the existing range: combinations of fruit with spices, aromatic herbs or alcohol. 2005 - New frozen fruit coulis: more fruit, less sugar, and a new ready to use bottle with a spout! Launch of Chestnut puree with vanilla, an original mix with an unrivalled taste. 2006 - ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 14001 certifications. Launch of the Orange and Bitter Orange puree. 2008 - New visual identity of Les vergers Boiron brand.
